No. Admission is mandatory to access investment deals. This selective process ensures alignment between each investor's profile and the assets offered, in compliance with our regulatory obligations as an ISP.
Once admitted, you receive investment memos for open deals. After discussing with your manager, you subscribe online: electronic signature of the subscription form and wire transfer. The process takes just a few minutes.
